For Phase 1: If awarded a grant, teams must be able to deliver the finished program (Web Series Pilot) on or before 5:00 pm PDT, June 17, 2020.
For Phase 2: If awarded a series grant, teams must be able to deliver the finished series project (4-10 subsequent episodes of the series) on or before 5:00 pm PDT, June 15, 2021.
When planning their projects, applicants should record the following dates:
Phase 1:
- April 15, 2020 Rough cut delivery (Web Series Pilot)
- May 6, 2020 Fine cut delivery (Web Series Pilot)
- May 20, 2020 Picture Lock delivery (Web Series Pilot)
Phase 2:
- March 31, 2021 Rough cut delivery (Series)
- April 30, 2021 Fine cut delivery (Series)
- May 17, 2021 Picture Lock delivery (Series)
